If you like to fill your freezer with farm-fresh, sustainably raised, grass and grain fed beef, then I'd suggest reserving a half cow from Vandalia.
Our cattle are born and bred on the wild grasses of Oklahoma, foraging, fertilizing and ultimately helping us maintain the pastureland.
In addition to grass, we feed them local hay, as well as locally made molasses cubes and the occasional sweet treat of whole grains.
We treat our cattle ethically and respectfully. If you come to our farm for a visit, they'll come right up to you, and they may even lick you. You're always welcome to feed them by hand!
